3 heads are provided to model the medics in berets or SSh68 helmets and 3 heads are provided to model the flamethrower and Strela 3 operators with protective goggles. Otherwise, all figures come without heads. Heads are sold separately giving maximum customisation and variety to your Soviet Motostrelki.
