Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

2. Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a full refund, your miniatures must be:

  • Unopened & Unassembled: We cannot accept returns for miniatures that have used, glued, or primed.

  • Original Packaging: The box or blister pack must be intact with the original packaging

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.

3. Damaged or Defective Items (The “Busted Bit” Guarantee)

  • Missing/Broken Components: If your product arrives with missing parts or manufacturing defects, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will ship out replacement bits or a full replacement kit at no extra cost to you.

  • Shipping Damage: If the shipping box is heavily damaged upon arrival, please take photos before opening it to assist with our insurance claim. We do no assume responsibility for mishandling during shipping or not following. If shipping damage occurs, do not ship back to us. Please contact us at [email protected] and let us know what is broken, we will provide further instruction.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered Final Sale:

  • Digital Products: STL files, digital rulebooks, and painting guides.

  • Custom Commissions: Miniatures that have been custom-built or painted to your specifications.

  • Clearance/Sale Items: Items on clearance or marked as “Final Sale” or “As-Is.”

  • Gift Cards.

5. Return Shipping

  • Packaging Returns: Return shipments must be sent in original packaging and arrangement.
  • Customer Choice: For “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  • Our Error: If we sent the wrong faction, unit, or a defective item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

6. Refunds & Restocking Fees

  • Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to large orders or items returned with minor box wear to cover the cost of inspection and re-listing.


How to Start a Return: Please email [email protected] with your Order # and the reason for the return.

Failure to adhere to the above may remove eligibility for refund.
